摘要
无水涂料喷墨数码印花技术可实现真正的无污水排放,是一种节能、清洁、环保的印花生产方式,但其色域偏小,耐摩擦色牢度不佳。研究了干法预处理技术和湿法预处理技术,采用这种工艺可提升涂料喷墨数码印花的色域,基本接近活性印花,耐干、湿摩擦色牢度也大幅提升,弥补了涂料数码印花的不足,完善了无水涂料喷墨数码印花的工艺。
Pigment inkjet digital printing technology can be achieved witohut the discharge of dye pollutant in wate r bodies.It is a kind of energy-saving,clean and environmentayl lfriendly printing production,but it offers a smaller col or gamut.In addition,it has poor color crocking fastness whichs idifficult problem to solve.The dry pretreatment tec-h nique and the wet pretreatment technique were studied.This proecss can improve the color gamut of paint inkjet digita l printing,which is basically close to reactive printing.The lcoor fastness to dry and wet rubbing is also greatly improve d,which makes up for the shortage of digital printing of paints and perfects the process of inkjet digital printing of waterless paint.
