摘要
将车载三维激光技术引入到桥梁整体变形监测中,以主跨432 m的特大跨钢桁架上承式拱桥为背景,采用三维激光扫描技术对其进行温度变形研究,并对采集的数据进行处理。对基于车载三维激光扫描点云数据的NURBS曲面提出了一种新的变形测量方法,得到整个桥面的变形测量结果,再与水准仪的测量结果进行比较。结果表明,基于NURBS曲面的分析处理方法获得的变形测量值具有良好的精度和可靠性。该方法与现有的单点监测相比,弥补了其缺乏线性变形以及整体变形特性不足,有较好的应用前景。
Vehicle 3D laser technology is introduced into the overall deformation monitoring of the bridge.Taking the super long span steel truss overhead arch bridge with a main span of 432 meters as the background,3D laser scanning technology is applied to study the temperature deformation.At different temperatures,the 3D laser scanning is carried out on the vehicle,and the data collected are processed.For the NURBS surface obtained by 3D laser scanning point cloud data,a new method is presented to measure the deformation of whole bridge,and then the measurement results are compared with the data of level instrument.The results show that deformation measurement analysis method based on NURBS surface value has high accuracy and good reliability.Compared with the existing single point monitoring method,this method makes up for its lack of linear deformation and the lack of overall deformation characteristics,and has a good application prospect.
