摘要
实践类学科竞赛作为培养学生实践能力的重要途径之一,日益受到各高校的重视。如今,在95后新生代成为大学生主力的时代背景下,如何切实有效地开展大学生实践类竞赛的指导工作,是摆在每个参赛学校和指导老师面前的一件棘手课题。分析了当前流行的3种指导模式的不足,并从指导教师的视角,提出了"以学生为主体、以教师为主导、以学校为支撑"的三位一体实践类竞赛指导模式。在分析学生、老师和学校三者特点的前提下,明确了三者在该模式中的职责和任务,并给出了该模式在实践过程需要关注的几个关键问题。3年来的实践经验证实,该模式能很好地适应95后大学生的时代背景,并取得了优异成绩。
At present,as an important way to cultivate students’practical ability,practical discipline competition has been paid more and more attention to by universities.Nowadays,in the background of after 1995 s becoming the main component of college students,how to effectively carry out the work of practical competition guidance for college students,is a tricky thing for each college and teachers who take part in the competition.This paper discussed the shortage of three kinds of current popular guidance mode,and then,from a teacher’s perspective,proposed the Trinity Practical Competition Guidance Mode,which is“student-centered,teacher-led,and school-supported.”According to the characteristics of the students,teachers and schools,the model defines the responsibilities and tasks of the three roles in the whole model,and gives some key problems that should be paid attention to in practice.The practical experience of the past three years has demonstrated that this mode can well adapt to the background of after 1995 s becoming the main component of college students,and has achieved excellent results.
