摘要 为满足行业新技术教学科研工作、工程实践锻炼以及创新能力培养的需求,基于非常规油气藏体积压裂技术理念,开发设计了一套大型复杂裂缝支撑剂运移铺置虚拟仿真装置。该装置创新性地实现了对于不同走向、倾向和倾角的分支裂缝、不同裂缝壁面粗糙度、不同壁面滤失速率、不同缝宽和水平井压裂的模拟,拓宽了裂缝规模尺度和施工参数的选择范围,装置功能和自动化程度大幅提升,可有效开展多种水力压裂工艺条件下的支撑剂运移铺置实验模拟。该装置进一步完善了相关技术领域的实验教学和科研手段,提供了更加丰富的实习、实训和实践环节,有助于师生开展科研创新,指导现场实践,也为"科研辅助翻转课堂"教学模式的探索提供了有效的平台。 In order to meet the needs of the new industry technology teaching and research work,engineering practice and innovation ability development,based on the technology concept of volume fracturing for the unconventional oil and gas reservoir,a large-scale virtual simulation experimental device of proppant transportation and placement in complex fractures was developed.This device creatively achieves the simulation of branch fractures with different tendency and inclination,the different roughness and loss rate of fracture walls,the different fracture width and the horizontal well fracturing,and broaden the fractures scale and the selection range of construction parameters.The device function and automation degree have been also effectively improved,so that the device can effectively be used to carry out the experimental simulation of proppant transportation and placement for various hydraulic fracturing technologies to guide the on-site fracturing.The device has further improved the experimental teaching and scientific research methods in the relevant technical fields,and provides a richer internship,training and practice links.It will help teachers and students to carry out scientific research and innovation,and also provide an effective platform for the exploration of the“Flipped Classroom with Scientific Research Assistance”teaching mode.
