面向汽车构造教学的虚拟拆装实训教学平台 被引量:19

摘要 针对传统的汽车零部件拆装实习的教学方法在拆装的便利性、效率、安全等方面存在的一些问题,开发一款面向汽车构造教学的虚拟拆装教学平台的解决方案。平台由软件与硬件两部分搭建,以汽车发动机为模型,在Unity3D中进行软件部分的开发,继而将软件部分与虚拟现实头戴设备等硬件部分进行交互连接,实现人机交互,将汽车零部件拆装过程虚拟化。平台基于虚拟现实技术,通过虚拟现实设备呈现发动机拆装的整个流程,极大优化了人机交互体验,实现了将理论知识的教学和实际拆装过程有机结合成一套完备的虚拟现实教学体系的设计初衷。该平台具备了扩展性强、后期使用成本低、使用灵活方便等优点,将虚拟现实技术真正引入到拆装实习中,对现行的拆装实习教学具有现实意义。 Aiming at the existing problems in the traditional methods of automobile parts disassembly and assembly practice teaching,such as inconvenience,low efficiency and unsafety,a virtual disassembly and teaching platform for vehicle structure teaching is proposed.The platform is made up of two parts of software and hardware.The car engine is taken as a model,and the software part is developed with Unity3D.Then the software part is interconnected with hardware devices such as virtualreality head to achieve human-machine interaction,and the process of vehicle parts disassembly and assembly is virtualized.Based on virtual reality technology,the platform presents the whole process of disassembly and assembly,fully enhances the human-machine interaction experience,and realizes the integration of theoretic teaching and actual disassembly and assembly.The platform has the advantages of strong expansibility,flexible and convenient use and low cost,and is of significance for the current disassembly practice teaching.
