摘要
高校实验动物中心作为公共服务平台,是高校科技工作者开展研究的必要条件。分析认为,目前高校实验动物中心发展的瓶颈问题主要为发展资源不足、技术队伍不稳定及实验人员管理困难。通过探讨解决对策,研究认为投入发展资源、加强队伍建设与稳定、提高实验人员培训效率是打破发展瓶颈的重要手段,促进"服务、教学、科研"一体化发展是高校实验动物中心的发展趋势。加强以上对策的落实,有利于技术突破及资源共享,为高校相关学科科研实力的发展和创新人才的培养做出贡献。
The university laboratory animal center is a critically required public service platform for scientific and technical work.However,nowadays its development encounters serious bottlenecks which mainly consist of three aspects,e.g.,resource scarcity,technical team instability and experimenter management difficultyetc.Here,the study suggests three countermeasures which are to invest development resources,strengthen the team construction and improve the training efficiency of experimenters.Meanwhile,for technological breakthrough and resource sharing,integrating“service,teaching,research”is the development trend of the university laboratory animal center.The countermeasures will make contributions to improve capability of university scientific research,and cultivate more innovative talents.
