摘要
情景模拟教学相比传统教学最显著的区别就是角色扮演,而已有研究及应用并未针对师生的角色参与模式展开系统研究。依据相关教学理论,结合课程实践,从学生主体作用、教师主导作用、师生互动类型3个方面,创新性地提出了企业管理情景模拟课程中的多种角色参与模式,界定了各类参与模式的内涵,分析了各参与模式下师生角色的不同定位。研究结论对提高学生模拟教学参与广度和深度,强化课堂教学效果,丰富情景模拟教学法中的角色参与相关理论具有重要作用。
The most significant difference between scenario simulation teaching and traditional teaching is the role play,and research and application have not been systematically studied for teachers and students’role participation model.Based on the relevant teaching theory,curriculum practice,this paper puts forward a variety of role participation models in the course of enterprise management scenario simulation from three aspects of student’s subject function,teacher’s leading role,teacher-student interaction type.It defines the connotation of all kinds of participation patterns,and analyzes the different roles of teachers and students under different modes of participation.The conclusion of the study is of great importance for improving the breadth and depth of students’participation in simulation teaching,strengthening the effect of classroom teaching,and enriching the theory of role participation in situational simulation teaching method.
