西瓜连作土壤细菌种群消长变化 被引量:2

摘要 应用ERCI-PCR技术对热区西瓜连作土壤细菌种群消长变化进行研究。应用ERCI-PCR分析不同茬数西瓜4个生育期中根际及非根际土壤细菌多样性和群落变化,以及同一茬数土壤细菌群落各指数在4个不同时期的变化趋势。结果显示,在不同生长期,连作西瓜的根际与非根际土壤细菌多样性均有较大变化,Shannon-Weaver指数和丰富度指数的变异系数均在12%以上。进一步分析表明,取样温度与根际、非根际细菌丰富度指数呈显著性负相关,相关性系数≥0.60。根际土壤细菌多样性对不同生长期西瓜的影响不同,第3茬初果期影响最大,第2茬伸蔓期次之,变异系数分别达10.91%和10.70%。 We have investigated tropical soil bacterial population of watermelon continuous cropping by ERCI-PCR technology.ERCI-PCR technique was used to analyze the changes of soil bacterial diversity and soil community in the rhizosphere and non rhizosphere of different cropping during the four growth stages.The changes of soil bacterial communities in the same cropping during the four growth stages were also analyzed by ERCI-PCR.The results showed that the changes of bacterial diversity were larger both in the rhizosphere and non rhizosphere soil during the four growth stages.The variation coefficients of richness index,Dsh and S were more than 12%.Further analysis showed that the sampling temperature was negatively related with the rhizosphere and non rhizosphere bacterial richness index,and the correlation coefficient was more than 0.60.In different growth stages,the response of rhizosphere bacterial diversity was different.The soil bacterial diversity had the greatest influence on soil bacterial diversity during the second-third period,and the variation coefficient was 10.7%and 10.91%.In early fruiting stage of the third cropping,the response of bacterial diversity was maximum.Stretch tendril stage of the second cropping was second only to early fruiting stage of the third cropping.The coefficients of variation were 10.91%and 10.7%.
