摘要
本文主要讨论了新形势下家校关系中的家校合作主题。从管理学角度出发,对新形势下家校合作呈现的一些现状,包括对冲突管理和理解、主体的权利和责任等界定上进行了梳理和分析。与此同时,针对这些现状,作者提出了一些建议和措施。
This study discussed the topic of family-school cooperation under the current of family-school partnership.Meanwhile,the author analyzed the conflicts,responsibility and obligation in between family education and school education from management perspectives.In addition,the author proposed the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to cope with these problems in current days.
