On the Difference between "Learning Ability" and "Teaching Ability" of Young Teachers in Vocational Colleges

本文从教学经验与教学方法两个角度探讨了高职院校青年教师相比"学习能力"在"教学能力"方面的明显不足,并从团队建设、政策激励、教学竞赛三个方面提出促进高职院校青年教师"教学能力"发展的对策和建议。

This paper discusses the deficiencies in the teaching ability of novice teachers of vocational colleges compared with their strength in learning ability from the perspective of teaching experience and teaching methods,and offers some suggestions on how to improve their teaching competence accordingly,which evolve around team building efforts,policies and teaching contests.
