高校创业孵化平台是依托高等院校既有资源,旨在解决日益激烈的人力资源市场竞争背景下高校人才就业问题的创新型经济结构或社会组织。河北省高校创业孵化平台建设已初见成效,但仍存在诸多问题。

The platform of university entrepreneurship incubation is an innovative economic structure and social organization which relies on the existing resources of colleges and universities and aims at solving the problem of employment of talents in colleges and universities under the background of increasingly fierce competition of human resources market.The construction of venture incubation platform in colleges and universities in our province has achieved initial results,but there are still many problems.
