摘要
本文分析了航空发动机强度与振动课程的特点,结合我国发动机自主设计研制对综合型人才的强烈需求背景,提出了课程教改措施。通过将授课内涵从传统以理论公式推导的分析模式,转变为以结构应力分析、结构优化、材料选材、减重以及强度准则为核心内涵的设计模式,从而培养学生多学科交叉思维。由于在授课过程中融入了现代航空发动机设计行业背景,并将解决问题作为突出导向,辅以专用和通用软件,使得死板的理论推导课提升为实用性、创新性、多学科性的综合讲解和实践,提高了课堂教学质量。
The features of the course of aero-engine strength and vibration are analyzed.Based on the background of autonomous design of engines,teaching reform measures for the course has been proposed.Through the transition of teaching model from traditional theoretical formula leading to design driven including structure stress analysis,structure optimization,material selection,weight loss and strength criterion,the students'interdisciplinary thinking has been cultivated.Because modern aero engine design background is integrated during the teaching procedure,and the solution of the problem is treated as a prominent orientation supplemented by special and universal software,the rigid theoretical deduction course has been promoted to a comprehensive explanation and practice of practical,innovative and multidisciplinary.The quality of teaching class has been improved.
