基于现代学徒制人才培养模式下的课程体系改革探析

当前我国科学技术逐步发展,人才培养质量也受到社会各界的广泛重视,各行各业人才的加入,使得劳动生产更为快捷,提高了工作效率。现代技术工人在各类高职院校进行专业性技能练习,通过现代学徒制进行实践培训,能够将书本理论知识与实践经验相结合,体现了教育教学方法的创新,也为社会发展提供了更多的应用型人才。在此背景下,本文浅要分析了基于现代学徒制人才培养模式的课程体系改革,并针对我国现代学徒制的发展情况,提出现代学徒制的人才培养措施,希冀促进人才培养多元化发展,提高人才培养质量与效率。

Science and technology is developing in our country at present,and the quality of talent training has also been paid much attention by all walks of life.The participation of all walks of life makes the labor production faster and improves the efficiency of work.Modern technical workers practice professional skills in various vocational colleges and practice training through modern apprenticeship,which can combine the theoretical knowledge of books with practical experience,reflect the innovation of teaching methods and provide more applied talents for the social development.
