摘要
"3+1"与多元化残障社工人才培养模式既能提高学生的理论水平,又能增强业务素质,加强理论联系实际的能力,提高专业教育的水准,培养高质量的残障社工人才,满足社会需求。本文就"3+1"与多元残障社工人才培养模式展开有针对性的分析与研究,提出加强对学生开展残障综合实践活动的引导与教育,增强参与综合实践的主动性、自觉性、积极性,提高专业水平的建议。
The training mode of"3+1"and diversified social workers is a breakthrough and innovation of traditional teaching mode.On the one hand,it can enhance students'theoretical level.On the other hand,it also can improve the ability of linking theory and practice and the level of professional education to meet social needs.This paper analyzed and studied the training mode of"3+1"and diverified social workers pertinently,and also gave some advice on strenthening the guidance and education of students'comprehensive practice,enthencing the initiative,conciousness,enthusiasm of taking part in comprehensive practice,and improving the professional level.
