摘要
随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,高校行政管理人员的工作也受到越来越多的关注,对于明显具有年轻化趋势的青年行政管理人员的要求也随之越来越高。但是对该群体的激励机制问题却没能够得到足够的重视。本文着重探讨目前为止针对青年行政管理人员群体激励机制存在的问题,并试图提出能够提高其工作积极性等方面的具体激励措施。
As the scale of higher education expanding,the work of university's youth administrators also receive more and more attention.The requirements for youth executives who are clearly younger are also increasing.However,the problem of the incentive measures of this group has not received sufficient attention.This article focuses on the problems that have been addressed so far in this particular group in incentive measures.Finally,it attempts to explore specific incentives that can really encourage the youth executives.
