摘要
笔者根据自己多年来班主任工作中的体会,分析了当前高校的学习氛围和学生心理特征,列举了班主任工作中容易遇到的问题,并提出了自己的几点策略与建议。
According to the experience in the work of class teacher,the author analyzed the study atmosphere and psychological characteristics of students in colleges and universities,enumerate the problems encountered in the work of class teacher,and put forward some strategies and suggestions.
