转型发展背景下提升教师教学能力促进应用型人才培养

在我国经济高速发展背景下,各地区急需高级产业型应用人才,然而目前人才市场呈现出供求不均衡现象。尽管教育改革在不断进行中,但在对应用型本科院校的教学调查中不难发现,目前应用型人才培养存在很多问题,而这也是影响人才流向的重要因素。本文将针对转型发展大背景下,应用型本科院校人才培养现状提出改善意见,谈谈如何通过提升教师教学能力,促进应用型人才培养。

In China's economic transformation and development background,all regions are in urgent need of advanced industrial application talents,Especially in underdeveloped areas,the demand for technology-applied talents is more and more,however,the current talent market shows imbalance between supply and demand.Despite the ongoing education reform,a large number of application-oriented talents have finally opted to forgo years of learning and devote themselves to more employment-prone industries.In the teaching investigation of applied undergraduate colleges,it is not difficult to find out the major shortcomings of the training of applied talents in education,which is also an important factor affecting the flow of talents.This article will propose the teaching improvement opinion to the application-oriented undergraduate education present situation,and to talk about the teacher teaching ability promotion strategy.
