摘要
公务员薪酬是衡量他们为国家服务过程中关于专业知识、特长技能、工作能力等方面对应的经济报酬。公务员薪酬制度是分配公务员薪酬的前提基础与标准,有助于公务员制度体系的平衡性。对此,本文针对我国公务员薪酬制度存在的问题及其改革对策进行简要的分析与探讨。
Civil service pay is the economic reward for measuring the professional knowledge,special skills and working ability of civil servants in the process of national service.The civil service pay system is the basis and standard for the distribution of civil service pay which can contribute to the balance of the civil service system.Therefore,this paper analyzes and discusses the problems and countermeasures of the civil service pay systemin China.
