Legal Regulation of Cold Violence in Family

本文通过阐述家庭冷暴力的概念,对家庭冷暴力的特征以及存在现状进行分析,对家庭冷暴力入法的责任构成要件、行为的认定、所要承担的法律后果做出自己的见解,为司法实践提供可行性参考,并希望规制家庭冷暴力的法律得以出台。

By stating the definition of cold violence in family and analyzing its characteristics and present status,my opinions on constitutive requirements of responsibility,cognizance of behaviours and legal consequences to be undertaken for introducing emotional abuse at home into law,were made in this paper in order to provide as feasibility references for juridical practice,so that laws on regulation of cold violence in family can be promulgated.
