摘要 目的:探索在麻醉学教学中能够激发学生临床思维能力的教学方法。方法:在教学过程中组建学习小组,教师结合教学目标设置具体案例,由学生进行分析讨论,教师总结点评。将理论知识融入案例分析。结果:案例分析式PBL教学不仅激发了学生的学习兴趣,而且锻炼了学生的临床思维能力,变被动记忆为主动应用,学习效果集中高效。结论:麻醉学是综合性学科,应用案例分析式PBL教学在教学效果上有很大提高,能够解决麻醉学教学内容复杂多变的难题,提高了学生自主学习的兴趣的同时锻炼了学生临床思维能力,为其成为合格的临床医生打下基础。 Objective:To explore the teaching method which can stimulate the students'clinical thinking ability in anesthesiology teaching.Methods:Learning groups were set up in the process of teaching,and teachers set up concrete cases in combination with teaching objectives,which were analyzed and discussed by students and summed up by teachers.Incorporate theoretical knowledge into case analysis.Results:The case analysis PBL teaching not only aroused the students'interest in learning,but also strengthened the students'clinical thinking ability,changed the passive memory into the active application,and the learning effect was concentrated and efficient.Conclusion:Anesthesiology is a comprehensive subject,and the application of case study PBL teaching has greatly improved the teaching effect,and can solve the difficult problem of anesthesiology teaching content complex and changeable.It improves students'interest in independent learning and exercises students'clinical thinking ability,which lays the foundation for them to become qualified clinicians.
