The teacher in charge of a class in university has a great impact on how soon a freshman can adapt well to university life.Based on series of questionnaire investigations,this article addresses what are the roles of the teacher in charge of a class should play and what responsibilities the teacher should take.We also proposed the strategies to improve the management skills for the teacher in charge of class in university and to construct harmonious relationship between the teachers in charge of classes and their students.
