少数民族地区医学高等院校毕业生中长期职业发展及满意度调研——以内蒙古医科大学为例

Study on Middle and Long Term Career Development and Satisfaction of Medical College Graduates in Minority Areas——Taking Inner Mongolia Medical Universityas an Example

通过对内蒙古医科大学毕业生就业质量的抽样调查,分别从就业满意度、薪金满意度、专业相关度、工作胜任度和职业期待吻合度等指标调查其就业质量以及其对学校教育教学和就业服务的满意度情况,并针对存在的问题提出相关建议。

Based on the sample survey on the quality of graduates of Inner Mongolia Medical University,from the salary satisfaction,job satisfaction,professional degree,job competence and occupation expectation fit index survey the quality of employment and the service education and employment satisfaction,and puts forward some suggestions to solve the existing problems.
