培养民族地区民族学生创新意识的教学实践探索

摘要 如何培养民族地区的民族学生的创新意识,在教学中制定出能适合民族学生的教学策略显得尤为重要。以"土木工程制图"课程的教学为例,从"把握民族地区的民族学生的特征,平等对待,严格要求"、"夯实基础,注重以问题为导向的教学策略"、"运用‘基于项目学习’的教学方法,注重创新意识、综合能力的培养"和"调整考核方式,加大实践创新考核比重,激发学生学习热情"四个方面,阐述了如何培养民族地区民族学生的创新意识的一些教学实践探索。 How to develop ethnic minority areas the innovation consciousness of students,in teaching students to develop a suitable national teaching strategy is particularly important.For example of the"civil engineering drawing"course teaching,it includes four aspects.Equal treatment and strict to students of the minority areas.Paying attention to the teaching strategies and solid fundation.Paying attention to innovative consciousness and comprehensive ability,Useing'project-based learning'teaching method.Adjusting the appraisal way,increase the proportion of practice innovation appraisal,stimulate the learning enthusiasm of the students.It gives some teaching practice about how to improve the innovation consciousness of ethnic students in national regions to explore.
