摘要
针对教学的科研成果转化是提高高校教学质量、实现教学创新、优化师资队伍、深化和扩展高校的基础理论知识、培养创新性人才的重要举措。本文初步实现了经管类本科教学科研成果向三个方面的转化,同时通过探讨分析得出,在不同方面的科研成果转化过程中,辅导员角色应如何转换。
The transformation of scientific research achievements aimed at teaching is an important measure to improve teaching quality in colleges and universities,to achieve teaching innovation,to optimize the teaching body,to intensify and expand the basic theoretical knowledge of colleges and universities and to bring up innovative talents.This article has initially achievement the transformation of the undergraduate teaching and scientific research achievements into three aspects.At the same time,what conclusions are drawn from the analysis of the above three aspects that the role of counselors should be transformed during the transformation of different scientific and technological achievements.
