基于“产学研培”四位一体的校企合作共建公共实训基地运行机制研究

A Study on the Operation Mechanism of Public Training Base Based on the Four-in-One Schools and Enterprises Cooperation of "Industry,Education,Research and Training"

本文依据宁夏区域内经济发展与职业教育基础现状,阐述了本地区建设职业技能公共实训中心的基本思路和具体做法,总结出校企合作共建、共管、共营公共实训基地的四种模式,尤其是以宁夏工商职业技术学院为例介绍了校企合作共建"产学研培"四位一体校企合作共建和管理运行模式,为公共实训中心的建设和管理提供了有益的借鉴。

Based on the current situation of economic development and vocational education in Ningxia region,this paper expatiates the basic ideas and concrete practices of building public training centers for vocational skills in this region,and summarizes the four models of cooperative construction,joint management and joint operation bases for public training.Especially,the industrial and technological College of Ningxia introduces the model of cooperative construction and joint construction of"industry,education,research and training".It provides useful reference for the construction and management of public training centers.
