在当今新媒体快速发展的大环境下,大学生思想政治教育工作话语权力和话语体系面临着全球化话语、网络话语等各种挑战。在自媒体时代,作为高校教育工作者应顺势而为,借助新媒体的力量转化传统的思想政治教育话语体系,构建适应新时代大学生特点的话语体系,并有效融入日常的教育教学全过程中去,使其在高校思想政治教育工作中发挥应有的作用。

The rapid development in today's new media environment,the ideological and political education work discourse power and discourse system is facing all sorts of challenges such as globalization discourse,network discourse.Everyone is the era of media,as a college education workers should comply to,through the power of the new media,transformation of the traditional ideological and political education discourse system,construction of discourse system to adapt to the new era of college students'characteristics,and effectively integrated into the daily education in the whole teaching process,in the colleges and universities should play the role of ideological and political education work.
