摘要
中外合作办学下艺术类院校"95后"大学生的个性突出,学习能力、心理调节能力较弱。而高校在这些学生的心理健康教育上认识不足,缺乏有效的课程体系和专业的心理教育师资团队。因此,要完善心理健康教育课程体系构建,加强师资队伍建设,大范围进行预防性心理咨询辅导,多层次开展主题教育活动,帮助艺术类院校"95后"大学生顺利成长。
These"after-1995"college students,who join Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education Program in art colleges and universities,have strong personalitites,and they are poor in learning and psychological adjustment.Meanwhile,art colleges don't attach importance to it;they don't have effective curriculum systems or professional teaching staff in mental health education.Therefore,curriculum systems of mental health eduction should be perfected;professional teaching team for mental health education should be established;preventive psychological counseling should be launched on a large scale;multilevel theme activities should also be carried out.These measures help these"after-1995"art students grow smoothly.
