宿舍是学生文明行为养成的重要场所。要落实习近平总书记"全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人"的最新指示,必须加强高校学生宿舍干部队伍建设。目前宿舍学生干部队伍建设中存在角色定位偏差的问题,自我认同度不够;工作方式缺乏技巧,业务水平亟需提高;管理机制有待完善,激励机制不健全的问题,亟待理念先行,明确角色定位;素质提升,增强学习能力;队伍建设,完善管理机制,积极探索高校学生宿舍干部队伍建设的新局面。

Dormitory is an important place for students to cultivate civilized behavior.It is necessary to implement the latest instruction of General Secretary Xi Jinping,"educate people all the way,educate people in all directions",it is necessary to strengthen the construction of cadre teamin college student dormitory.At present,there is a deviation in role orientation,insufficient degree of self-identity,lack of skills in working style,and urgent improvement of professional level in the construction of student dormitory cadre contingent in colleges and universities,and the management mechanism needs to be improved.The problem of imperfect incentive mechanism should be put forward by the idea,make clear the role orientation,improve the quality,enhance the learning ability,build up the team,perfect the management mechanism,and explore the newsituation of the construction of the cadre contingent of the college student dormitory actively.
