临床医学本科生儿科实习存在的问题与思考

Problems and Thoughts on Pediatric Internship of Clinical Medical Undergraduates

临床实习是医学生从学生到临床医师过度和转变的关键阶段,提高临床医学本科生儿科实习的质量,对于提高临床医学本科生临床能力及培养儿科医师非常重要。本文通过总结实习带教发现的临床医学本科生在实习过程中存在的问题,提出让临床医学本科生应正确认识儿科现状及机遇、加强儿科临床基础知识培训、加强实习管理、加强沟通培训,同时带教教师应加强自身的临床知识、带教意识及教学技巧培训。

Internship is the key stage of medical students'transition from students to clinicians.It is very important to improve the quality of pediatric internship of clinical medical undergraduates for training clinical ability and bing up them to be pediatricians.By summarizing the problems existing in the internship,this paper puts forward that clinical medical undergraduates should correctly understand the present situation and opportunities of pediatrics,strengthen the training of clinical basic knowledge,and strengthen the management,strengthen communication training,and teachers should strengthen their own clinical knowledge,teaching awareness and teaching skills training.
