From Instructors Perspective to Analysis the Contradiction and Solutions of College Dormitory

宿舍是大学生情感互动、人际交往、生活学习的重要场所,宿舍关系对于大学生生活学习、人际交往能力的培养具有重要影响,但是大学生之间的矛盾多是宿舍矛盾,因此辅导员应了解大学生宿舍矛盾的原因及解决对策,在处理矛盾时应真诚沟通,客观公平。在处理矛盾的过程中提升大学生的人际交往能力及人格情感的完善,最终促进大学生综合素质和能力的提高。

Dormitory is an important place for college students'emotional interaction,interpersonal communication and learning.Dormitory relationship has important influence on college students'study and interpersonal communication ability.However,the contradiction between college students is mostly dormitory conflict.The instructor should know the reasons and countermeasures of dormitory conflicts in college students,and should communicate honestly and objectively when dealing with contradictions.In the process of dealing with contradictions,the improvement of interpersonal communication ability and personality emotion of college students is improved,and finally,promote the comprehensive quality and ability of college students.
