摘要
区域学前教育质量评价体系的构建可以通过政府牵头成立项目小组,通过研究区域学前教育的定位和目标,结合国内外学前教育政策、理论实践经验,研究适合区域特点的质量评价体系,并经过阶段性试行论证和不断地实施修订,最终形成完善的质量评价体系以及相关的一系列评价工具、工作机制、制度文件、评价数据等。在此过程中,需处理好政府与专业机构的关系、政府与幼儿园的关系、幼儿园与专业人员的配合以及质量评价可持续发展的问题。
The construction of regional preschool education quality evaluation system can be established by the government leading the project group,by studying the orientation and goal of regional preschool education,combining the domestic and foreign preschool education policies,theoretical and practical experience,this paper studies the quality evaluation system suitable for regional characteristics,and through stage trial demonstration and continuous implementation of the revision,finally forms a perfect quality evaluation system and a series of related evaluation tools,working mechanisms,system documents,evaluation data,and so on.In this process,the relationship between government and professional institutions,the relationship between government and kindergarten,the cooperation between kindergarten and professional staff and the sustainable development of quality evaluation should be handled well.
