黄山市国内旅游者对高铁旅游响应程度研究——以京福高铁为例

Research on the domestic tourists' responsiveness to high-speed rail tourism in Huangshan City——A Case Study of Beijing-Fuzhou High-speed Rail

以京福高铁为例,以黄山市国内旅游者为研究对象,通过问卷调查获取京福高铁开通前后黄山市国内旅游者社会属性和出游行为数据,分析黄山市国内旅游者对高铁旅游响应程度.结果表明:(1)京福高铁的开通给黄山市带来较多的首次客流,高铁沿线省市旅游者数量均有所上升.京福高铁开通之前,黄山市主要客源市场对其认知度较高,一般客源市场甚至较多京福高铁沿线城市的旅游者对其认知度较弱.(2)旅游者对高铁游的可进入性、时效性、舒适性和安全性四个特性感知态度较积极,较愿意选择高铁作为出游工具.旅游者关于京福高铁的开通给黄山市旅游发展带来的机遇与挑战的认知较清晰.(3)高铁影响下,旅游者逐渐改变"走马观花"观光模式,从自然观光逐渐趋向以度假休闲体验为主,在黄山市景区逗留的时间增加,旅游消费能级提高,且较多旅游者愿意选择使用高铁再次来到黄山市游玩.总体上,京福高铁开通后,黄山市国内旅游者对高铁旅游的响应较积极.

Taking Beijing-Fuzhou High-speed Rail(HSR)as an example,the domestic tourists in Huangshan City were selected as the research objects.Through questionnaire surveys,the social attributes and out-going data of domestic tourists in Huangshan City before and after the Beijing-Fuzhou HSR opening are obtained.The response of domestic tourists to high-speed rail tourism in Huangshan City is analyzed.The results shows:(1)The opening of the Beijing-Fuzhou HSR brought more tourists flow to Huangshan City for the first time,and the number of tourists in the provinces along the Beijing-Fuzhou HSR increased.(2)Before the opening of the Beijing-Fuzhou HSR,the main source markets of Huangshan City had a high awareness of them.general tourist market and even more cities along the Beijing-Fuzhou HSR had relatively weak awareness of it.(3)Tourists are more positive about the characteristics of accessibility,timeliness,comfort,and safety of HSR,and are more willing to choose HSR as travel tools.Tourists have a clearer understanding of the opportunities and challenges brought about by the opening of the Beijing-Fuzhou HSR to tourism development in Huangshan City.Under the influence of the HSR,tourists gradually changed the tourism model of“fly”,from natural sightseeing tend to leisure tourism experience gradually.The stay time in Huangshan City increased,the level of tourism consumption improved.Many tourists are willing to choose HSR to come to Huangshan City again.On the whole,after the Beijing-Fuzhou HSR opened,domestic tourists in Huangshan City responded more positively to the high-speed rail tourism.
