益气生津活血汤治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Yiqi Shengjin Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Primary Sjogren's Syndrome

目的探讨益气生津活血汤治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月收治的96例原发性干燥综合征患者,将其随机分成2组各48例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用益气生津活血汤治疗,12周后比较2组患者治疗前后的临床症状积分及治疗效果。结果治疗前2组临床症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组临床症状积分明显小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率93.75%(45/48)明显高于对照组75.00%(36/48)(P<0.05)。结论益气生津活血汤治疗原发性干燥综合征可有效改善患者临床症状,提升临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Shengjin Huoxue decoction in treating primary Sjogren's syndrome.Methods 96 cases of primary Sjogren's syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Yiqi Shengjin Huoxue decoction.The clinical symptom score and treatment effect of the two groups were compared after 12 weeks.Results There was no significant difference in the clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The clinical symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(93.75%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Shengjin Huoxue decoction in treating primary Sjogren's syndrome can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
