中医药治疗先兆流产40例临床体会

Clinical Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion for 40 Cases

目的探讨中医药治疗先兆流产的临床体会。方法将80例先兆流产患者随机分为2组,每组40例,对照组患者给予黄体酮注射液20 mg,每日1次臀部肌注。观察组患者通过中医辨证分型,分为气血虚弱、阴虚内热、脾肾不足以及外伤型,不同类型给予针对性中药治疗,并分析2组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.5%(37/40),高于对照组患者治疗总有效率80%(32/40)(P<0.05)。结论利用中医药辨证论治先兆流产疗效显著而且安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods 80 patients with threatened abortion were divided into two groups randomly,40 cases in each group.The control group was given Progesterone Injection 20mg per day.The patients in the observation group were divided into qi and blood weakness,yin deficiency,internal heat,spleen and kidney deficiency and trauma type by TCM syndrome differentiation.Different types of Chinese medicine were given to different types of patients,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 92.5%(37/40),and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%(32/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat threatened abortion with TCM syndrome differentiation.
