中医定向透药疗法对减轻骨折后肢体肿胀的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Directional Permeation Drug Therapy on the Reduction of Limb Swelling after Fracture

目的观察中医定向透药疗法对减轻骨折后肢体肿胀程度的临床疗效。方法选取2016年2月—2016年11月我科收治的46例四肢骨折患者,采用随机数字表的方式将全部患者分成试验组23例和对照组23例,对照组采用骨科常规护理措施进行护理,常规给予冷疗、中药涂擦等治疗措施。试验组在采用骨科常规护理措施的基础上使用中医定向透药疗法进行治疗,在腧穴上敷贴药物,发挥调和气血、经络疏通以及调整脏腑阴阳平衡的功效,根据不同病症辨证选择不同的处方。每日2次,每次20 min。观察2组患者实施治疗后1、3、7 d患肢中点周径情况。结果 2组患者治疗1 d后,对患肢中点周径进行比较,肿胀程度未缓解,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3 d、7 d后,对患肢中点周径进行比较,肿胀程度明显减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医定向透药疗法能有效减轻骨折后肢体的肿胀程度,方法安全有效,操作方便,利于临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine directional permeation drug therapy on alleviating limb swelling after fracture.Methods During February 2016 to November 2016,46 patients with fractures of the limbs were admitted in our department.With the method of random number table,all the patients were divided into experimental group and control group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group adopted the orthopaedic routine nursing care,such as conventional cold therapy,Chinese medicine permeation drug treatment measures.Orthopaedic conventional nursing measures were adopted in experimental group on the basis of using directional through treatment,drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on acupoints sticking drugs,play a clear meridians and viscera and the effect of a balance of yin and yang,choose different according to different conditions the dialectical prescription,20 minutes twice a day.The peripheral diameter of the midpoint was observed 1,3 and 7 days after treatment.Results Two groups of patients after treatment of 1 d carry on the comparison to limb diameter midpoint weeks,not relieve swelling degree and there was no significant difference(P>0.05),3 d,7 d after treatment,carries on the comparison to limb week middle diameter,significantly reduce swelling degree and the significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine directional permeation drug therapy can effectively reduce the swelling degree of limbs after fracture,which is safe and effective,easy to operate,and is beneficial to clinical application.
