中医基础护理配合热敏灸预防腰椎间盘突出症全麻术后恶心呕吐的临床研究

Clinical Study on Basic Nursing Combined with Heat Sensitive Moxibustion in Preventing Nausea and Vomiting after General Anesthesia for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的研究分析中医基础护理配合热敏灸预防腰椎间盘突出症全麻术后恶心呕吐的临床研究。方法将2017年1月—2018年6月我院收治的100例腰椎间盘突出且需进行全麻手术患者作为研究样本,同时依据随机数字表法分组,对照组50例采用止痛、活血及抗炎等常规治疗,观察组50例采用中医基础护理配合热敏灸治疗。比较2组治疗前后恶心呕吐情况。结果治疗后观察组患者未呕吐率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于腰椎间盘突出症全麻术后患者而言,应用中医基础护理配合热敏灸效果显著,患者获益较高,有较大临床应用价值,值得进一步推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical research of basic nursing combined with heat sensitive moxibustion to prevent nausea and vomiting after general anesthesia for lumbar disc herniation.Methods 100 cases of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were treated as the study samples.At the same time,the patients were divided into groups according to the random number table.50 cases in the control group were treated with pain relief,blood activating and anti-inflammatory treatment,and 50 cases in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and thermosensitive moxibustion.The situation of nausea and vomiting was compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The rate of non vomiting in the observation group given to the basic nursing and thermosensitive moxibustion after treatment was higher than that in the control group which was treated with conventional Western medicine(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc after general anesthesia,the effect of basic nursing and thermosensitive moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine is remarkable,the benefit of the patients is higher,and it has great clinical value.It is worth further promoting.
