摘要
为深入贯彻军民融合发展战略,充分发挥民用运载工具的战时保障效能,从客运功能与伤病员后送功能的相似性、伤病员需求的特殊性以及加改装器材设计原则三个方面,归纳提出了对利用民用运载工具后送伤病员的认识。为我军利用民用运载工具实施军事运输提供参考和借鉴。
To deeply implement the strategy of civilian-military integration,and to give full play to the effectiveness and efficiency of civilian delivery means in wartime support,the paper summarizes and puts forward some understandings on casualty evacuation by civilian delivery means from three aspects of respectively the similarity between the passengers-transporting function and the casualty-evacuation function,the special demands of casualties,and the principles for design of conversion kits.The paper may serve as a useful reference for our army in carrying out military transportation tasks with civilian delivery means.
