摘要 海河隧道工程建设中,采用沉管沉放对接工艺进行施工。在水中进行沉放和对接作业,施工风险大,施工难度高,通过岸拖浮运、浮驳吊沉和水力压接等技术进行作业,可以实现沉管精准对接。介绍了具体的技术措施。通过沉管隧道浮运、沉放和对接技术的研究,可以有效提升工程施工质量,技术安全可靠。 In the course of the construction of the Haihe River Tunnel Project,the technique of sinking and docking the immersed tubes is adopted for the project.However,performing the sinking and docking operations in water is both risky and difficult in construction.Adopting the techniques such as the shore tow,floating transportation,hoisting and sinking with floating barges,and butt-jointing for the project helps the immersed tubes accurately butt-joint each other.The specific technical measures are introduced in the paper.Through studying the techniques of floating transportation,sinking and docking,and butt-jointing,the engineering construction quality may be much improved because the techniques are both reliable and safe.
