摘要 为解决钢管混凝土系杆拱桥在灌注混凝土砂浆过程中高精度动态变形监测困难问题,以银川某高铁桥项目为依托,采用三维激光扫描技术针对桥梁基础支座、桥梁结构拱顶进行连续定点定时扫描,现场处理分析数据,一旦变形超限,则立即停止灌浆。动态掌握了桥梁在灌浆过程变形的情况,并与传统的全站仪同条件下监测数据进行对比,验证了三维激光扫描的准确性,指导现场安全施工。对于三维激光扫描技术应用在桥梁施工阶段的动态监测方面具有一定的借鉴意义。 In order to solve the problem of the high-precision monitoring of the dynamic deformation of CFST tied arch bridges in the process of pouring concrete mortar,a certain high-speed railway project in Yinchuan is taken as the background,where the 3-D laser scanning technology is used to perform a continuous fixed-point timed scanning of the base supports of the arch bridge and the structural vault of the arch bridge,with the collected data processed right at the site.Once the monitored deformation is found to exceed the limit,pouring will be stopped immediately.Upon the basis of mastering the dynamic deformation of the arch bridge in the process of pouring mortar,the monitored data are compared with those obtained with an electronic total station in the same conditions in order to testify the accuracy of the 3-D laser scanning and guide the safe construction at the site.The paper may serve as a certain useful reference for applying the 3-D laser scanning technology to the dynamic monitoring of bridges being built.
