摘要
盾构在砂卵石地层施工过程中,刀具不可避免的会产生较大磨损,为了保证盾构的持续掘进能力直至完成区间施工任务,需要结合工程情况合理维修刀具。以北京地铁16号线肖家河站~西苑站区间盾构施工为例,盾构机下穿特级风险源前在联络通道处设置检修井。检修井采取倒挂井壁法施工,开挖到刀盘中心以下1m处,接收后首先检修上半部分刀具,然后旋转180°再检修剩余部分刀具。采用这种刀具两幅检修技术,减小了富水砂卵石地层检修井降水施工风险,保证了工程的顺利进行以及周边环境的安全。
When a shield works in a sandy pebble stratum,the cutter of the shield will unavoidably be worn and torn to some extent.For the continuous drilling capability of the shield to be ensured until the completion of the drilling task of the section,the cutter has to be rationally overhauled according to the specific engineering conditions of the project.Let us take the shield-drilled section of Xiaojiahe Station-Xiyuan Station of Line 16 of Beijing Metro as an example.Before the shield is about to under-cross the risky source of the special class,an inspection well is provided at the connecting passage.The inspection well is built by the Inverted Shaft Lining Method.When the inspection well is excavated 1 meter under the center of the cutter head,the upper half of the cutting tools are overhauled first after being received.Then,the cutter head is turned 180°to have the remaining cutter tools overhauled.With the two-section overhaul technique adopted for cutting tools,the risks of the inspection well in dewatering construction in the rich-watered sandy pebble stratum are decreased,with both the successful implementation of the project and the safety of its surrounding environment ensured.
