外源水杨酸对高温胁迫微型月季生理指标的影响 被引量:14

Effects of exogenous salicylic acid on physiological indexes in miniature rose under high temperature stress

摘要 【目的】探讨不同浓度水杨酸(SA)对高温胁迫微型月季生理指标的影响,为微型月季种植提供参考依据。【方法】对微型月季品种黄金海岸盆栽植株喷施0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0和2.5 mmol/L SA溶液,测定分析其在36℃高温下生长0、24、48和72 h时的各项生理指标。【结果】喷施1.5和2.0 mmol/L SA可减缓高温胁迫微型月季叶片的叶绿素降解速率,有效抑制丙二醛(MDA)含量积累及相对电导率升高,有利于提高游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量;喷施2.0 mmol/L SA可提高可溶性蛋白含量,显著提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性(P<0.05);喷施1.5 mmol/L SA可提高抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性。相关性分析结果表明,SOD活性与APX活性呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),协同发挥抗氧化作用。【结论】喷施适宜浓度的SA可提高高温胁迫微型月季黄金海岸的耐热性,且以喷施2.0 mmol/L的效果最佳,可在微型月季盆栽生产上推广应用。 【Objective】The effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid(SA)on the miniature rose physiological indexes under high temperature stress were discussed,which provided reference for miniature rose planting.【Method】The miniature rose variety Golden Coast was used as the material,and the potted plants were sprayed with 0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 and 2.5 mmol/L SA solution.After 0,24,48 and 72 h of growth at 36℃,the physiological indexes were determined and analyzed.【Result】Spraying 1.5 and 2.0 mmol/L SA could alleviate the degradation rate of chlorophyll in leaves under high temperature stress,effectively inhibited the accumulation of malonaldehyde(MDA)content and the increase of relative conductivity,which was conducive to the increase of free proline(Pro)content.Spraying 2.0 mmol/L SA increased the soluble protein content and significantly increased superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and peroxidase(POD)activity under high temperature stress(P<0.05).Spraying 1.5 mmol/L SA could increase ascorbate peroxidase(APX)activity.Correlation analysis showed that there was extreme positive correlation between SOD and APX(P<0.01),they synergistically exerted anti-oxidation effects.【Conclusion】Spraying the appropriate concentrations of SA can improve the heat resistance of miniature rose Golden Coast.Spraying 2.0 mmol/L has the optimal effects.
