摘要
"今日俄罗斯"外宣品牌的成功经验,为我国文化传播走向世界提供了可借鉴的经验。本文从内容生产、新媒体技术应用及本土化与全球化有机融合等方面分析其在全球范围内取得极高市场占有率的原因,并证明体制及意识形态等要素不是影响文化跨国传播的决定性因素。充分把握现代传播规律及竞争对手特点,并在此基础上研究提出有效的解决方案,是今后我国对外传播发展的新思路。
The success of Russia Today has provided a reference for our country’s cultural communication to go international.This article attempts to explore why Russia has achieved a very high market share worldwide from Russia Today with its accurate grasp of content,the application of new media technologies and the organic integration of localization and globalization.At the same time,through its success,it proves that the factors such as system and ideology cannot become the decisive factor influencing the cross-border cultural transmission.To fully grasp the characteristics of news dissemination,the advantages of its competitors and to study and put forward effective solutions,this will be a new idea for the future spread of China’s culture.
