摘要
介绍了西门子T3000系统高速采集ADDFEM卡件单个故障时,其所处理的汽轮机转速、高中压调门反馈等信号可能会保持故障时刻值,此时逻辑运算无法识别正确的反馈信号,将存在高、中压调门误关、机组跳闸的风险。通过逻辑修改,当卡件故障时,将故障侧所采集的信号替换为另一侧的好值,使ADDFEM卡实现真正意义上的冗余。
The paper introduces single failure in collecting ADDFEM card in high-speed by Siemens T3000 system,the signal in processing the steam turbine speed,high-medium pressure control valve feedback may keep the fault time value,the logical calculation can't identify the correct feedback signal,there will be the risks of high-medium pressure false-closing and units tripping.By the logic modification,the signal that collected by the side is replaced by the good value on the other side in card failure,so that the ADDFEM card can realize the real redundancy.
