本文根据对珠海煤码头公司自2013年7月至2017年12月以来发生的各装卸设备典型故障案例进行统计分析,并从中总结经验与教训,从管理与技术两方面着手分析对策,大幅度降低设备故障率,降低设备运行维护成本,提高生产作业效率,提升企业市场竞争力。

According to the statistical analysis of the typical fault case of all handling equipment in Zhuhai Coal Terminal Company from July 2013 to December of 2017,and summarize the experience and lessons,analyzing countermeasure from two aspects of management and technology,which greatly reduce the failure rate of equipment,reduce equipment maintenance costs,improve production efficiency,and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
