摘要
江苏徐矿综合利用发电有限公司2台300MW发电机组的循环水系统原为单元制设计,导致循环水系统运行方式相对固定,缺少灵活性。结合苏北地区四季气候变化跨度大的特点,以及冷却塔对流换热效率,经过循环水系统联通改造可行性研究和方案设计,最终完成联通改造,达到预计的节能效果。
The circulating water system of two 300MW generating units in Jiangsu Xukuang Integrated Utilization Power Generation Co.,Ltd.was originally designed as a unit system,it results in a relatively fixed operation mode of the circulating water system and a lack of flexibility.Combined with the characteristics of the long span of climate change in the four seasons and the convection heat transfer efficiency of cooling tower in northern Jiangsu Province,through the feasibility study and scheme design of the reconnection of circulating water system,the transformation of unicom was finally completed,and the predicted energy-saving effect was achieved.
