浮筒式油水界面检测仪设计与实现

摘要 针对现有的油水界面检测装置精度不高且往往具有机械部件、使用寿命不长、维护工作量大等缺点,设计了一种浮筒式油水界面检测仪。该油水界面检测仪是以重力传感器为测量元件,将重力转换为电压信号;然后,利用4~20mA两线制U/I变送器XTR101,设计了实用的变送电路,将电压信号变换成电流信号;最后,通过单片机MSP430F149测控装置实现油水界面高度的实时显示,并具有油水界面超限报警和自动排水功能。实验表明,该浮筒式油水界面检测仪抗干扰能力强、稳定可靠,平均误差在±3%以内。 In view of the shortcomings of existing oil-water interface detection device,i.e.,low accuracy,and short lifetime and large maintence for mechanical parts,a float type oil-water interface detector was designed.The oil-water interface detector uses a gravity sensor as measurement element,transferring gravity signal into voltage signal.Then,by using 4~20 mA two-wire U/I transmitter XTR101,a practical transmission circuit was designed,which converts the voltage signal into current signal.Finally,through the single-chip MSP430F149 monitoring and control device,real-time display of oil-water interface level,along with oil-water interface alarm and automatic drainage function,was realiezed.Experiments show that the floating oil-water interface detector has good anti-interference ability,stability and reliability,with the average error within±3%.
