With thewide implementation of PPP projects in China,many domestic cities are exploring the business development forms of PPP projects in the field of rail transit operation.The paper takes the cities that invest and operation two lines in the early stage,and then gradually expand to more than five lines as the example,analyzes how do the project companies select the operation management mode,including the aspectsof the challenges to be faced,the principles of mode selection,comparative analysisof strengths and weaknesses,and so on.
