摘要
论文通过研究"三项制度"改革形势下薪酬激励管理面临的最新形势和任务,分析了薪酬管理主要存在固有思维待突破、激励体系待完善、规范管理待提升等问题,提出优化工资总额调控机制、强化收入能增能减激励模式、加强薪酬分配机制建设、健全多维风险监控体系等完善薪酬管理体系的对策和方法。
Through studying the latest situation and tasks of salary incentive management under the situation of"three systems"reform,this paper analyzes themain problems existingin the salarymanagement,such as the inherent thinkingneeds to be broken through,the incentive system to be improved,and the standard management to be improved.And it puts forward the countermeasures and methods of perfecting the salary management system,such as optimizing the controlmechanismof the totalwage,strengthening the incentivemodel inwhich income can increase anddecrease,strength eningthe construction of salary distribution mechanism,perfectingmulti-dimensional risk monitoring system and soon.
