摘要
近年来,商品的多元化供应带来了愈发激烈的市场竞争,同时也极大地促进了消费者需求的多元化。为了满足消费者的需求并赢得市场的占有率,企业需要以低成本、高质量,更强的快速响应能力满足消费者需求。大规模定制(MC)生产正是企业以接近大批量生产的成本与速率向客户提供满足其多样化需求的产品并提供与之配套的服务的一种有效生产模式。
In recent years,the diversification of commoditysupply has broughtmore andmore fierce competition in themarket,meanwhile,it has also greatly promoted the diversification of consumer demand.In order to meet the needs of consumers and gain market share,enterprises need tomeet the needsof consumerswith lowcost,high qualityand stronger ability of quick response.Mass customization(MC)production is an effective productionmode for enterprises to provide customerswith products tomeet their diverse needs and providematching services at a cost andrate that close to mass production.
