The paper analyzes the role of purchasing business in enterprises.According to the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,it points out that there is a prominent problem in purchasing within the organization,that is,the processing and shared transfer ofprocurement information.Based on the actual demand,different procurement aids are designed.The comparison of the data shows the efficiency improvement rate of the work before and after the use of the tool.The use of tools in purchasing plays an important role in the management of purchasing information flow.
